When you call Simian for home PC support we will arrange to pick the pc up and drop it off. Or you can drop it off at one of our drop off locations. We will fix your pc in a timely manner and attempt to return it to you as soon as possible.

Each and every pc problem is different and can take different amounts of time to fix depending on the state, age, and speed of the PC. Fixed (quoted) pricing will allow our clients to feel they are getting a fair price and know we will do our best to fix and return that pc to them.
